Lose weight
There are many things to consider when trying to lose weight. Everyone's body will react differently to a weight loss or exercise program. Some will gain muscle faster, for others it may take more time and effort.
The rate at which you will lose weight depends entirely on your body, your commitment and the plan you decide on. The first thing you need to do is change the way you look at weight loss. If you go into it dreading the very idea and dread it each day you are on your new plan, the chances for failure are great. You have to try to focus on the positive aspects of what you are about to accomplish.
Focus on how being your ideal weight will make you feel. The benefits you may see in your health. Set your mind to accept the plan you have chosen. That actually works for anything you set out or are required to do. Accept that you need to make the change and the change is easier to make.
Before you begin, try to make sure you don't have any major distractions that will keep you from your goal to lose weight. Less negative distractions mean more positive results.
Keep a progress journal. In this journal write out what you do each day. What you eat, the exercises your did, even when you cheat. Cheating is okay every once in a while, but keeping track will help you cheat less. You could have a specific day when you allow your self some leniency, but be careful, you do not want to undo what you have already accomplished.
Aside from your weight loss goal, give yourself something to look forward to. Give yourself a reward to look forward to once you lose weight. I am pretty sure the most common would be a shopping trip, after all you are smaller now so you have to have new clothes right? You could also give yourself some kind of trip. Someplace you have always wanted to go to. I wish you well in your effort to lose weight, you can choose to succeed the choice is yours.

Weight Loss
Every where you go you can find at lease one person if not more that want to lose weight. They are looking at and trying every weight loss plan and program out there. Vanity plays a big role in why most people are looking into these weight loss and exercise programs but what a lot of people who want to lose weight don't realize is that many of them need to lose weight for their health. A huge percentage of Americans are obese and don't even know it.
Weight loss for health
What does Obese mean? You are obese when your percentage of body fat has reached such a level that your health may be in danger. The most common way to measure body fat is to measure a persons BMI or body mass index. A person is considered obese if their BMI is somewhere over 30.
Many studies have been done and the results have linked obesity to health problems such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, stroke, certain types of cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and many others. Aside from the physical effects of obesity there are also emotional effects like depression, low self esteem and stress. I don't have an exact number of pounds a person would have to be in order to be considered obese because obesity is not measured that way.
Weight loss for energy
There is much to gain from losing the weight. One thing a person may gain from losing the weight aside from the potential to lower their risk of disease and illness is energy. I don't know very many people who couldn't use more energy.
Weight loss for self confidence.
For most people if you look good you feel good about your self. If your a little over weight, it does not effect your health and your are happy with the way you look then great, but for many being over weight or obese can have an effect on their entire lives. The way they dress, the activities they participate in and their social lives. It is important, if you are unhappy with your weight, to go ahead and take the steps to losing that weight, so you can be the person you want to be and to start living the life you want to live.
Better health means better business!
When you are feeling tired and listless many things outside of your body can suffer. You don't always think about but it is true. Your family, your social life and even your work are affected.Your health and wellness has everything to do with the success of your work at home business. If you are sick, how will you be able to continue to work diligently to build your business. Keeping track for weight loss

Watch what you eat. No really, WATCH what you eat. Write it down. Making a list of all the snacks and meals you eat in a day for a week may surprise you. You probably don't notice how many times a week you grab a small piece of candy or a "tiny" handful of chips and don't even realize it until your really looking and keeping track. Everything adds up.
Find a weight loss buddy
Another option for success in weight loss is to get together with a friend or a group of friends who want to lose weight. This will give you the motivation and support that can help you finally reach your goal. It is always more fun when starting something new to start with a friend.
